Très déçue du suivi. Cela fait plus de 2 mois que j'essaie d'obtenir un rdv pour l'entretien de mon matériel et aucune réponse que ce soit par mail, sms même après avoir laissé plusieurs messages sur le répondeur. Je ne recommande pas du tout
Very disappointed with the follow-up. I've been trying to get an appointment for maintenance on my equipment for over two months, and I've received no response, whether by email or text, even after leaving several messages on the answering machine. I do not recommend them at all.
